For her entire 19 years, Tia’s family has proved to be one of the strongest support systems for her. Her sister is her best friend and her parents have provided her with an excellent life in Eugene, Oregon. Tia now attends the University of Oregon and is majoring in business, with a possibility of a double­major in business and international studies. After completing the IB Diploma program in high school, Tia has placed education at the top of her priority list. She thrives in the college academic environment while also balancing her job at Youth M.O.V.E. and the duties that accompany it.
 

Tia got involved with Youth M.OV.E. Oregon without fully knowing what to expect, but has been overwhelmingly surprised at how much she enjoys being a part of the team. She embraces the cause of Youth M.O.V.E. and devotes herself to doing the absolute best job that she can. Her work for our organization has proven to be unique and of the highest quality. She has become an irreplaceable asset here as an administrative assistant. Her incredible work with other staffers allows the organization to run as smoothly and productively as possible. She is very happy to be a part of the Youth MO.V.E. Oregon team and plans on contributing her skills to the organization
for a very long time.

On top of her busy schedule, Tia is a woman of many interests. When she is not working, going to school, drawing, writing or cooking, she is reminiscing about her travels to many different countries as a child, and fantasizing about her future plans to travel the world.
