Washington County has two Wraparound Youth Partners who work with youth and young adults to ensure that their voice at the table is heard and is driving their treatment. A Wraparound Youth Partner is someone that, in the youth’s eyes:

 Can be trusted
 Believes in the youth’s capacities to make decisions and set goals
 Understands what meetings are and can interact effortlessly
 Remain strengths-based and solution-focused
 Can help the youth communicate productively during the meeting
